help with new machine

just got a new bradley, and it won't even turn on. I have the damn thing plugged in, and nothing happens. lights don't come on, bisquettes don't advance.

what could i be doing wrong here folks

Sorry your having a problem.  First make sure your using a dedicated circuit for your Bradley.  I would then plug in something else to make sure that outlet is working.  Then make sure all connections are snug between the smoke generator and the smoke box.  Check the fuse on back of the smoke generator and make sure it is good.  I know this is basic stuff but I'm sure one of the other members with more electrical knowledge will chime in soon.  At least you can start with the little stuff and get it out of the way.  Good luck and Happy Smokin'.  P.S. Worst case you call the Bradley 800# Monday and they will help you out and get it going quickly.
