can anyone tell me where i can get a replacement for the smoker temp  slide adjust?

I'm not sure where you live but if it's in the USA I'm sure Chez Bubba can fix you up. Here is his site.

How about warranty? How old is it?

If you are UK side of the pond Grakka/Arden Smokers are the agents for Bradley. I know they have them as I needed one only a few weeks ago. If stateside then Chez Bubba is the man ;)
