Fellas,

My butcher had some great prices on St. Louis style spare ribs. So far I have only smoked baby backs. Is there any difference in the prep for these? I figure cook times and prep would be about the same but didn't know if any of you might have some tricks for this style rib.

Thanks in advance!

I've always cooked ribs the same way.  Only difference I've noticed is a personal preference for babybacks and that its easier to remove the membrane from babybacks.
