bradley smoker puck advance is not working

help I have 25 pounds  of fish to smoke! :'( :'( :'( ???

Sorry for the late reply. I hope you were able to resolve your problem, or at least salvage your fish.

You haven't given any details of the problem, which will help members in providing assistance to you. How old is the unit? Can you tell if the motor is running at all? Can you manually advance the bisquettes by pushing the advance button? Which model do you have?

For now you can check to make sure the bisquettes are not jammed. This can happen if one or more of the bisquettes are loaded on an angle. Remove all the bisquettes, look down the feed tube and push the advance button. If the advance mechanism is working reload the bisquettes, making sure they are all laying flat and press the advance button three time; letting the advance mechanism to fully complete it's cycle each time before you push the button.

If it doesn't advance, or if the advance mechanism doesn't fully advance read this tread for more advice.
