Ya... We do get some nasty winter weather for sure. No problem getting the smoker to temp thought. Here's a thread with pictures of my setup in my heated garage. And of course is equiped with the mandatory fridge!  ;)

Since this photo was taken I have added additional shelving to the left of the smoker and more recently I added a Cabela's Commercial Grade Dehydrator that is on another additional shelf to the left as well.

I had to save those pic's - How do you bring yourself to go to work? I would never want to leave that garage! I have some work to do! Very nice...
