Is there any concern about mixing items in the smoker i.e. having fish and say vegetables in the smoker at the same time, will the vegetables absorb the fish odor or is this not a concern. Is there anything not to mix at the same time, the shipping box my unit came in shows everything in the smoker together.
Also the receipt book that came with the unit doesn't show what flavor smoker pucks to use with the each receipt such as the Bradley card receipt pack does. Is there a guide for what flavor pucks to use with the various items being smoked

Welcome to the forum.  I do not believe that one products flavor will mingle with another enough to taste unless the juices drip onto it, and even then will not always matter and can, in fact, work to one's advantage, i.e. bacon over pork.  As far as wood pucks, that is an experimental thing along with individual tastes.  Any recommendations would be based on harshness of the different wood smoke, and the taste buds of the general public.  I think most use a mild wood for fish, a strong smoke for beef, ham, bacon, and a medium smoke for most other things.
Life is short. Smile while you still have teeth.
