Venison Jerky

My son got a nice buck in the youth season.  That is what I made into jerky, it looks like I need to get one of those Cabelas dehydraters ;D Does it work better using the dehydrator after smoking then just keeping it in the Bradley until it is done?

I smoke the jerky then into the dehydrator, makes for a faster jerky time.
