My DBS has arrived...Can't seem to get the grin off of my face. It's like Christmas when I was a kid. Gotta go get it set up now!!

All set up and on the patio seasoning. It's 24 out and it reached the 150 seasoning temp in about 20 minutes. Got the butts in the brine today, so won't be ready to smoke until Wed. at earliest. Will have to pick some yard birds up to do tomorrow. Only problem is snow in the forcast for tomorrow and I have no covered area to smoke, so may have to wait until Wed. Darned weather. No adult beverage for now, I have kid detail until the Mrs. gets home at 9:30. The smoker is outside my office window and I can see it smoking away as I type. That is sooo cool.
