problems

Just wondering if anyone has a problem with the pucks not advancing?  The machine just sits there any kinda makes a clicking sound. The macine is brand new.

kinda need some more info? new meaning first time out of box? or i used it a few times? also how many pucks? if i do a 2 hour smoke that will happen maybe once in a few times , i think its just not enough weight,but if i do along smoke no problem , i  did get some buba pucks and it fixed that, also you need to clean your smoke genarator after each smoke, chips will start to glog or bog the advancer , also you need to hit with a wire brush on the tray before the burner it will start to build up with stuff, making a small lip ok gunk making the puck kinda of drag before it moves on to the burner, that will kinda make it not advance wich will mess evrey thing up, sorry for babaling on,  i hope this helps, oh also its best if you take the screws out of the bottom and look inside to make sure no screws are loose and evreything looks right this will also give you ion idea of how it works inside,

If what SMOKEHOUSE ROB said does not help then I can witness that Bradley will take care of your problem in a timely manner. In fact I had a small problem at first and by the second day I had the new part... this is a WoW seeing how I live in Florida!
