Heat Control problem

Just a suggestion here.  You really need to figure out some form of cover protection for your Bradley.  Even with a PID rain and electronics simply don't mix.  I'm fortunate that I have a screened in porch with a dedicated circuit to the GFI receptacle on the porch so I don't have a weather exposure problem for my BDS with the exception of prolonged exposure to cold causes the puck advance to not work.  Solved that by bringing it inside the night before I am going to smoke.  Some guys have taken some type of plastic outside storage unit by Suncast(?) and converted it for an enclosure.  Just food for thought.
