Just ordered a BDS 4-rack & can't wait till she arrives.  I have spent some time reading this forum & WOW what a lot of info!  My first attempt will be ribs.  Any ideas on rubs?

Welcome,
There are lots of rubs.  Make your own or buy.  Celery Salt, Pepper, granulated garlic and onion powder make a good start.  Chili powder, paprika, worchestershire powder, etc.  Depends on the taste.

Hey Giz...where can you buy worchestershire powder? Is it an internet item?

Sorry bounder...Welcome!!!:)

Welcome Bounder.  Unless I use some of Iceman's rub, I usually keep mine simple - salt, pepper, garlic and onion.

My first rack of ribs, I kept it simple.  Salt and pepper.

I have bought it from two different locations.  I will bring you some to Perris.  My last order was a large quantity.  You need to keep it in an airtight container or it will turn into a brick.
