Big Load of Pulled Pork??

Got to go North soon but have 4 6lb pork butts in the freezer , Do ya think the Bradley can do em all at once or should I do em seperate?? I'm sure the Pulled pork Gurus will have an answer for me

yes, you can do them all at the same time. I have done 6 before.

I ended up making a couple of aluminum spaces that I place between the rack and rack slide/holder in the Bradley. This gived the rack a little lift so to say. Otherwise the butt's may touch one another between racks and prevent proper air/heat flow. You should have no problem with 4 though.

It took me 24 to 28 hours to cook them all. (some were a little bigger and took a little longer)

Should not be an issue as said before.  You will want to rotate the racks to help keep them together temp wise.

Hi carnie,
Did 75# of various weight butts for pulled pork in a 6-rack DBS 3 weeks ago for a big b-day party. Took 30 hrs. @ 250F with 5 door openings for rotation (front to back/top to bottom). Rotation is important when doing heavy loads for long times. I would stagger your four 6 pounders on the racks for best circulation also, and maybe 2 rotations. FTC them rascals for 4 hrs. M-m-m-m-m-m-m. Smoke On. ;D ;D
