Tasso.........Again

Have a pork loin in defrost mode, going to season up real good and make some smoked tasso.........

Well the loin didnt get done into tasso, wife wanted just a smoked loin.

So here is a small loin done with 40 mins of mesquite then into the weber. just salt and pepper on it.
