Saigon Cinnamon is considered to be the finest quality cinnamon due to the oil content runs higher than other cinnamons. It also has a distinctly sweet flavor as compared to other types.  It has a darker color than other cinnamon.

huh hit the nail on the head as reguards to the cinnimon better  quaility , darker and has more oil content.

I do get my  spices from spice barn  though there are others out there most are good I do feel that spice barn has the most spices and herbs available in one  location.
