Shoot, missed a unique opportunity to chat without dissing wife (and child) who are visiting others. I had some questions to ask too. Looking forward to next time and hope you all are holding up well.

Giz: hell or high water, I'm smoking something this weekend even if it's only a cigar! :P But I think it'll be baby backs, if I have my way (and a cigar).

WTS: Looking forward to an opportunity to learn a bit more from you. Take it easy, and stay cool out there (it's only 98F here-- couldn't cold smoke if I had the ingredients).

You need to visit Old's (everyone's :) ) recipe site. If you don't have an account, sign up for one. Olds has a very secure method of ensure only legitimate accounts are created on the recipe site so the spammers don't jack the site. No cost, no hastle.
Chat nite is Tuesday although you can use the site any time.
Most are usually on around 6 pm Pacific time.

You know, I've been meaning to get in on a chat night myself but quite frankly, I just dern keep forgetting. I gotta find a way to help me remember them.

Once I'm back to being able to participate again, I'll leave little reminders on the board during the day, as well as when I sign in. Working on a bypass solution, but I'm not sure if the signal that I'm going to try to hack is strong enough to reach where I need it.
