Deb, thanks for reminding me about Antonelli's. I just spoke with Charlie, one of the family, he gave me a great price on the belly. $1.59lb., :o ;D ;D ;D WOO-HOO. It will be in on thursday. Oh, happy days...

Your welcome.   I think it was probably Charlie that I talked with in the store - he was just hanging around the counter and letting the younger guys wait on customers.  He started talking with me because I was carrying a piece of pork belly around the store and he wanted to know what I was going to do with it.  I'm going to order some soon.
