Welcom twinwinds.

There can be several reasons it is not working. You should go the the recipe site and look over the FAQ section. I think there is a troubleshooting guide there.

Is your smoker an original or digital?

1) Check all connections carefully. Push the cords into the sockets firmly, even give them a wiggle. There have been several times when good contact was not being made.
2) If an original unit when you move the heat control slider the whole way to the max position, try backing it off a little.
3) Is there a blown fuse in the smoker?
4) If original, it could be a bad board, where the slider is.
5) It could be a defective over heat cut out.
If it turns out to be 4 or 5 Bradley service is great and can help out quickly.

pens  hit it  right on the head,,,

check all connections ... one last thing be  sure that you  have power to the unit ( IE pluged into a  recptical that  has power to it ) I  know  this sounds  silly though you  may have tripted a breaker and no power at the  bradley

Thanks for the input. I tried everything you suggested, had it all apart and made sure connections were good and i do have power as the puck feeder works fine.
