hooray for the Big Easy

Got an early Christmas present from my oldest son.  First try was going to be turkey legs but Albertsons didn't have any.  Went with chicken thighs.  rubbed with olive oil and sprinkled with rub.  Didn't want them clear in the bottom of the pot so lifted it and ran a couple of rods to hold it up a ways.  cooked about 30 min.   WOW.  Best chicken i've had for a long time.  Im going to love this.  Next time a little smoke first.
