Ham steaks

Couple of ham steaks for dinner last night...Soaked in apple juice, brown sugar, black pepper and a splash of teriyaki for about an hour



Smoked for 1 hour @ 190 with mesquite (of course)  ;D



Then onto the grill, about 3 minutes per side

Its amazing what one can accomplish when one doesn't know what one can't do!

Now need some dippy eggs, toast and milk.

Wow! yeah i'm with Nepas, a couple of eggs and toast would realy compliment those steaks, really drooling here!

These were fantastic!  The wife and I tried them tonight.  I will never fix another ham steak any other way.....

Gotta love ham steaks. Might try the same brew with some Dole Pineapple juice added. Even if you don't like pineapple, give it a go.
