First Fatty

My first attempt at a fatty was quite an experience. A little too much meat and too thick had a little trouble rolling it but results were great and I learned some good lessons. I put in a layer of home smoked ham,grated cheddar cheese,sauteed onions,celery,garlic,green peppers and pimento for colour smoked 2 hrs. and finished off in 1 more hr. at 225F, Family loved it.[jge]

I'm smoking a small fatty today. This one is homemade sausage and bacon. 1/2lb sausage 1/2lb bacon all mixed and rubbed with BBBR.






I feel like smokin a nice Aurturo Fuente fatty ceegar too  ;D
