Olds Question

I am wanting to do the t-shirt Ham for Christmas. If I smoke tonight and only let it rest wrapped in plastic for one day will it still comeout good?

You smoke it and then send it to me....I'll be sure to write a report  ;D

I would think you'd be okay.  The smoke might not have enough time to fully permeate, but I think it would be good just the same.
