Cube Steaks

Have some cube steaks all rubbed out, going to sit in frige for awhile then later this afternoon going to get some mesquite/maple smoke  ;D

I don't know how you do it...... even cubed steaks look great.

well i figured out my power problem, i was running too long extension cord. so now all seems to be working. I use beam pucks on the cube steaks and carne asada rub on them. low heat 190* until they looked done.

Looks good Nepas, I'll have to try this with cubed elk steaks that I still have.

Looks mighty fine Nepa, I love a good Cube Steak with onions and taters. Often have tought of getting one of these toys.

I did do taters again too. Home made bam, butter, salt and bacon salt  ;D
