I'm posting this here as it has to do with our project.
First I would like to thank

nsxbill
bsolomon
JJC
Habenero Smoker
SMOKEHOUSE ROB

for all of the work they have put into this project.

Next this project is a very long ways off from being done. However, we have enough done already I thought that we should show you all what we have to date. Remember we are a long ways from the end of the tunnel.

You will not need to registere to view what we have done so far. However, only the team can post to these boards.

The addy is: http://susanminor.org After the splash page there is a plain link on the left hand side. "Bradley Smokers Here"

If you have any suggestions or wish to add something to the project then please post it on the OFF TOPIC board this site.
Thanks
Olds

EDIT: Later when I get time I will set up catagories for the items...just too tired as I have just set up all of the posting boards and moved the topics in to the correct ones. (3 hours LOL!)

And if anyone else would like to help we gots-ya-lots' more to do [:D] I know we sure could use the help [;)] So no matter if it is just one topic your help will go a long way. BTW if I missed anyone's offer to help and have not replied please give consideration to my age--please advise me.

I took a quick peek at your project- AWESOME!! Well done gentlemen!!!! Kudos to you- looks like you've been very busy. You might have found another line of work- [;)]( I'm not sure this project is generating much $$$ for your pockets). Love the "reviews" part of the recipes section!

I for one appreciate all your hard work!!

I'd like to offer a helping hand once I get my computer all set up- my email is down at the moment -but not for long. As you know- I'm a little technologically challenged as well.

I hope you let Mr. Bradley in on your efforts- perhaps free bisquettes for life[;)][?]

Cheers!!!!!

Ok all items so far now have there own Catagory. Each Catagory has its respective posting boards. Phew this is a pain in the shorts....[:D][;)]

I had forgot how to set up sub-catagories and how to move the boards from the main catagory to their respective catagories...so I had to yell at CyberDude to show me how~~! [:p]

Hi Barry,

Forgot that you were doing the wood descriptions for the Newbie Board. I just looked at your piece and its excellent! Before looking at your work, I made up a chart of different wood flavors and what meats they are generally used for, and Olds has posted it on the new site just below your piece. My chart is basically taken from several sources and modified a bit by my own experience, but its not Bradley-specific. I think it would be good if your stuff and the wood flavor chart are in basic agreement, since contradictory info may confound a newbie. Would you mind taking a look at the wood flavor chart and let me know of any changes you think should be made on it? I'll be happy to take care of them.

I'll send you an e-mail off-Forum with the chart attached in case that's easier for you to work with.
