It just so happens that I had to go to one of our remote offices today. I took a previously smoked frozed pork butt with me and told them to get the crock pot ready. It turns out that there was a catered event there for an early lunch and what did they serve ?

Pulled Pork!

then I come in after and feed the staff.

They liked mine better....
