The Ribs

A little olive oil and some John Henry's sugar and maple rub and off to the fridge

And a boneless London broil roast cut in strips for jerky

Marinading in Teriyaki in the fridge overnight with the ribs

Got bored and cut up a turkey breast for sandwiches

OOOOOOOO did I mention the adult beverage

Remember DON'T DRINK AND CUT MEAT

After a lot of grey goose and bud lite here it is

put some corn on for the last hour of smoke

Tomorrow will be beans and rice I can sleep late
