Just got the Bradley Smoking DVD Video

I just got the Bradley Smoking DVD Video today and could not wait to watch it.  It was priced very reasonable ($15) so I knew I had to get it.  I have to tell you all... save your money.  This forum is FAR better than anything on that video.  They used the OBS and did not speak of temps or times.  The recipes and results did not do the smoker justice like everyone here does.  Keep up the good work all.

thanks Phil on the infor, Hopefully Bradley will Make another Video and talk about the Preparation, Box temps, IT Temps and how long it will take to cook on variaous cuts of meats.

I felt the same way about the video.  It is almost more like an infomercial.  I was expecting an instructional video, like you said showing times temps and techniques.  The forum is a much more informational.
