Recently sold my 85 Suzuki 1200, don't have anything right now but my neighbor has an extra bike he lets me borrow some times, its a newer VTX 1300. Been shopping for a new bike, can't wait till I get another one.

I really cant answer that question, but I would imagine all of the legalities that you have to go through had something to do with it.
