Welcome to the forum!
I have a pack of pink salt here that has the same ingredients and I use it when cure #1, pink salt or prague powder is called for in a recipe.
Hopefully some one with more experience will confirm this, too.

Hi Daveo;

Carolyn is right. The U.S. manufacturers have agreed to use the same formula for Cure #1 or pink salt; which is 1 pound salt, and 1 ounce sodium nitrite. The pink color is to help people identify it from regular table salt. Some use anti-caking and some don't.

Various Names for Cure #1 (there may be others on the market)
Pink salt
Prague powder #1
Instacure #1
Pink curing salt
TMC - Tinted curing mixture
TCP - Tinted curing powder
Modern cure
FLP

     I
         don't
                   inhale.
