Well I was going to post the pics but...the person taken the pictures did a poor job I think she had one to many adult cocktails, next time for sure I do the photos myself... ;D  Anyway we ended up with excellent pulled pork, 3 racks of back ribs, abt's, bacon wrapped chicken breast and shrimp.  Party was a hit and there will be another one later this year.

Well I couldn't stand it so I seasoned two Bst Butts (17.76 lbs worth) and started them about 4 this afternoon.
I did that so I will be sober when I take pictures. I never indulge before noon.
