Hello, can you cook a  or several whole briskets in the BS? The size of the racks seem small to me ,so i was wanting to know if you have to cut them in half? or not? and how many briskets can you cook at one time in one BS?
thanks for any replys,john

Rob,

Wouldn't one of your sausage racks be able to hang them vertically?

Ya think next time I check into a hotel & they ask "Smoking or Non?" they would mind?

yes it would maybe 4 whole briskets or 5, would have to tie them up with twine, to hang them,

the racks are about 14" long , and will hold 8 racks if you invert them,

Rob,
I made some custom hooks to hang stuff from: Went to the welding supply house and got half a dozen 1/8" 316 Stainless Steel "TIG" welding rods. Then you can cut and bend to any shape you want or need. Bill

John--I did a 13# brisket by leaning one rack against the side of the smoker, resting the bottom of it on another rack. Then put the brisket on the angled rack--plenty of room even for a large brisket. Still getting comments about that New Year's Eve party brisket.
