Do you prefer 85/15 for ground beef for snack sticks?

Yeah 85/15 and 80/20 is what i use most.

kiki was a sick pup for a couple days cuz she ate to much jerky. So now she only gets 1 little chunk, and a ziggy for her kong  ;D
