Submit a photo of 'bacon' for a chance to win a prize from the National Pork Board. (the Other White Meat people)

So, what the heck, I sent in a cell phone shot of my bacon wrapped tater tots..

I wounder why the bandaids, everything else has something to do with cooking must be some shaky hands with sharp knifes over there  ;D

Yeah, I'll have to sit down and read through it...  It's a really nice book. (the other stuff is a bit cheesy, but fun)

My first big smoke was a water-added bone-in ham.  There was a rather unpleasant encounter with one of my super sharp Henckels..   :o    It's in one of my earlier threads.

He tried to chew on some from the last MOINKs I made, but quite a few of his teeth are gone. (diabetes side-effect)
I did cut the soft middle out of one of the meatballs and he loved that!   

Smoked turkey, pulled pork and brisket burnt ends is always a hit amongst the felines.. In small quantities, of course.
