It just occurred to me that we have been very rude to you.  We welcomed you to the forum but we failed to get to know you a little better.  If it's not too much of an imposition would you mind to tell us what model of the Bradley smoker you own?  What are some of your favorite things you like to smoke in your Bradley?  Do you have any recipes you can share with us?  Assuming you live in the US, where do you live?  If not in the US, where do you live?

I am also curious why you seem to have passed such a negative judgement upon all Texans. I am sure there are many Texans that are like you described, but this is also true for people all over the world. The only perfect human that has ever physically set foot on this earth is no longer here in body.
