Yeah just like spare ribs.

Prob going in the Traeger because the Bradley will be doing sticks.

I think this is it for today but prob be smoking sticks most of the week. My smokehouse still has a LPG regulator problem i need to fix.

Will keep a close eye on this one never did the ribs this way. I always bone them out for sausage. But I never had any CT to slather over them either. SIL's hubby is from SC so I asked him to have his mom send some up.

Got em done. Turned out pretty moist and the CT took the game out.  Only thing is i didnt like the way they started to curl up.
