I was tired after all was done late that night after cutting that pork butt up then next morning i got called to work I'm a engineer/conductor for norfolk southern railroad i took some meat with me to eat at the hotel where i stay and i must say Bradley you got it going on the smoke flavor of the meat i did was outstanding i think its better than some BBQ places I've been too... The people of this forum you know what i mean and I'm proud to be among you as it is time consuming trying to read all the topics in here its nice to know that you all love to help one another out  ;D

I have noticed the smoke is more robust the next day.

There aint many BBQ places that can come close to home brew food.

Great first load!  I had my first experience not long ago... Kinda wish I had the 6 rack now! :)
