Had an itchin for some pulled pork.

Let it rest in the fridge over night and hit it again with some CT.

After 4 hr oak and total of 18 hr at 220 F.

After a cool down with no FTC pulled like butter.

I like to seal them flat they stack in the freezer better.

Perfect for lunch, take out of the freezer, simmer a couple min in water in the bag and enjoy.

Did a brisket at the same time. Same thing as the pork with the CT, over night.

After the over night hit it again.

This one only took 18 hr.

Didnt slice this one, I did FTC and took it right down to the land owner that lets me hunt every year. Told his wife ahead of time to make up every thing but the meat cause I have that covered. I had things to do so I left it in there hands.

Damn Curt,
You get back from hunting and now your making Bees look lazy!!!

Funny how much a little gift like that sways them landowners to remember you the next year when others are asking to hunt your spot.
Bacon is the Crack Cocaine of the Food World.

Be careful about calling yourself and EXPERT! An ex is a has-been, and a spurt is a drip under pressure!

Got that right. Gave him 5 lb of Salami opening day.
