Mr. Bradley is chugging along to replenish my smoked salt stash and will get some shrimp for later to go with the fake pasta made from spaggeti squash!

We celebrated

Chocolat flan


Then
We cold smoked some shrimp


Then saute'd then in butter with a touch of red wine


Then shreaded a spagetti squash


Then tossed with some melted feta cheese, butter, and more wine

Nice looking Ron.  I've never made flan.  My daughter's boyfriend's mother makes it and it is great.

I pass on the spaghetti squash.  I've had it many, many pounds ago in place of pasta and developed a profound dislike for it.  Gimme Angel Hair pasta anytime.

All in all, looks like a nice spread Ron.
