[Smokey the Bear.]

Built a smoker jacket for the smoker, I used 2" plastispan hd for insulation. It covers a little over half of the smoker and it is more than enough for canadian climates. I also have it in my shed to keep the cold winds from getting to it.I used it on superbowl sunday and smoked 2 chickens and 4 racks of ribs with no problem.
