I had some home made Andouille in the freezer so i am making something different.

Wrapping the Andouille in Bacon with a topping of BAM  ;D










Getting 40 mins of hickory just until the bacon starts to crisp. Temp on 6 rack/PID is 225*

Sausage wrapped in bacon........mmmmmm
