One more Hunting Trip! Two State Road Trip!

Friend called me last nite and told me he had arranged us a 5 day hunting trip in Mississippi!

Seems their Hunting Season last until January 31st. It's gonna be about a 7 hour trip for Us.

We'll leave early Wensday morning hoping to get there in time to hunt that afternoon, if not then the next morning.

Out of state license are kinda steep ($125), but you can harvest a deer a day, up to 3 does and 3 bucks.

Venison Sausage, Venison Boudain. Sounds Fun!

CRG, Sounds like should be a good road trip for ya! Is that rifle or shot gun?
And we all know you can always use more meat to smoke.
Play safe and shoot straight. Make sure you fill us in when you get back.

If you have to much deer and need a place to store it I still have room in one of my freezers.

Nope them Dueling Banjers are a long way away! Set in Georgia, filmed in mainly GA and SC. However, with that being said, my best friend used to play football for Ole Miss and says there are some guys and places you might ought to stay away from!

I hunted the Tombigbee many years ago. Lots of deer and 67,000 ac to hunt.

Caney gonna be on the east side of Mississippi. Up 55 somewhere close to Brookhaven.

I have seen Deer that come out of some of those soybean fields down La/Mis and they become 250lb'ers plus.

I think if I remember right an out of state tag hear is $350 bu tyou also get a small game license with it. Must be the big deer. Have fun CRG!
