Tonights the night
Gonna be alright
Slippin off her pretty french gown

OK a bad attempt at Rod Stewart

But tonight will be the night the salami gets opened and I will crank some pics
I needs oem for dinner tonight plus some for Super Bowl party tomorrow
Then I will vac seal the rest of the first one away and leave the second to get a touch firmer
All I wanted to do was slow smoke some ribs.  Another addiction created thanks to the Bradley that requires regular servicing...  But what an addiction to have.  Even better to share here with some of the best people on the planet.

Would you like smoke with that sir ?
