You could just do like FLB and and hook the DeWalt cordless up to your hand crank pepper grinder. Sounds like that works pretty good.

I would have used an old coffee grinder, but we drink Community Brand with Chickory

and they don't make that grindable.

It's a Cajun thing!

If you want some peppercorns with bold flavor you need to try the Whole Special Extra Bold Black Peppercorns from Penzy's Spices. That is my favorite. They are Tellicherry berries that are allowed to mature longer prior to harvesting.
