recipe download problem

I am trying to download the recipe file from Old's place and I can only get to Golden section reader (folder) and when I click on file>open the open box comes up but it does not have the Recipe's from the Bradley smoker forums.gso in it. How can I get this? I used to have it on my computer but had to uninstall everything because I had a virus. Now I want to get it back.

Do you have vista?  There was something funky about that if I remember right.
