The Admiral has declared I have to many unfinished projects to build a proper outdoor shelter and for various reasons not ready to cut a hole in my garage wall right now.  Bought a el cheapo Broan hood at Menards and am going to vent under the garage door for now.  Specs call for a 6" duct,  but from all the other posts I have seen it appears most have vented with 4".   6" flexi is 2x cost.   Please comment if you use 4 or 6" and how it works out for you.

Thanks all
If you got it, smoke it.

I have a range hood installed in my heated garage. It has a 4" x 10" direct vent out the wall but I have 2 smokers vented off it using 4". Here's a couple of pictures.

Quite the set up you got there.  What's the top left thing (with the glass)...a dehyrator or small oven?
