Moink Balls

I love to heat up some pepper jelly till its able to be brushed on, about 1/2 hour before taking the balls out brush every ten minutes with the jelly. Mmmmm

I would be interested to here more about "sausage balls" cant say we have ever had such a thing for Christmas.

I have only made Moink balls once but I used uncooked homemade meatballs.    If you do it this way you need to keep the heat up like you were doing a fatty or fresh sausage.

1 lb breakfast sausage (any kind) sharp shredded Cheddar cheese 10 oz's and 3 1/2  cups of bisquick mix 2 to 3 tbs water. Mix well form into balls, about 3/4 the size of a ping pong ball. Place in 425 oven for 15 mins or until brown serve hot.  Really good  email if you need more info.

Dang, that sounds good...   Never heard of them as a 'Christmas thing' before.

There kinda fattening so we only make them for the holidays. There very good and easy to make.

If you like a hot taste use hot sauce instead of water to mix.

Anytime, just try them and let me know what you think.  These things are killer and you can eat them for breakfast, lunch dinner or really anytime!  If you use hot sauce in the mix try to dip them in melted cheese for a real treat!!   ;D

But if your doctor says anything to you, don't blame me!   ;)
