Everything But The Kitchen Sink
« on: March 07, 2010, 07:03:27 pm »
My Daughter is coming down for Son's wedding this week , So I went to work.

This is from Saturday/Sunday.

Started with 5 different kinds of sausage.

20 links of Boudain 14 DJ's regular and 6 Venison Boudain

Everybody in the smoker.

Everybody out of the smoker.

The six links on the bottom are Venison Boudain.

On to the next step. Two chickens with different rubs.

Jalapeno Boudain

I smoked the chicken in the Bradley to 140* then finished in the Traeger.

Boudain all done.

Pork Chops on the Traeger

More Pork Chops

Burgers on the Traeger

Shoulder Roast with BBBR and CT

3 slabs of Riblets

Pork loin stuffed with cooked charizo sausage wrapped in Jalapeno Bacon.

Everybody having some Smoke time together.

And that is where I am right now.

I really had alot of fun doing all this.

I tried a lot of different and new rubs and sauces.

I really want to eat some of that pork loin with charizo/jalapeno.

Should be a party of flavors.

The shoulder roast is close to coming off the smoker.

I think I will hit it with a shot of CT and do a FT no C for about an hour.

Gonna boat the Riblets in Fresh Brewed Tea for about an hr and sauce them with "Georges Ole Time BBQ"

But I may change my mind. ;D
