I dont clarify the butter very often, most of the time its already injected before it starts to get solid again. If I'm doin a bunch then I will.

I injected all I could and then marinated with the rest and that is where the solids formed.

Really wasn't a biggie, cause when the heat hit it, it was all good.

I will inject till the product is full then brush on the remaining before it gets solid.

Its all good

Well done Sonny!! Although I think the Grand kids get to see Grandpa do the boudain dance when they ask if they can have some more!!

Really don't know that I fit the typical "Grandpa" mode.

To be honest, never thought about being one.

Son and Wifie to be left the girls with Us the other day and after about two hours

of them being there, I ask them if they thought I am a little crazy.

Without hesitation, They both smiled and said "Yes Sir".

Oh Well! ;D

OU812

I think were all a little bit crazy.  ;D

One of the "new" spices I used was Goya Adobo on the pork chops that are liter in color.

I added a dash of cayenne pepper. Very tasty.
