Circulation Fan Information (More of the same old questions again, sorry!)

WOW! 3 + 1 that you are building yourself. You like it. :D

I got the 6 rack for a sausage smoker (xtra racks, the tallness of the smoker, fan kit, etc)

and then I found the two big smoker boxes. I will probably only do Smoker3 and sell Smoker2

or maybe make a charcoal/wood smoker out of it.

Anybody have anything further to add to this? I'm currently going through all the posts regarding this fan mod and seem to be getting more confused as I read (but that's not uncommon for me  :-[) To me, it seems even the experts on this are in difference on both parts and operating direction of the fans?

Also, which mod makes more sense, the dual element or the fan? As I understand doing them both won't work?

Im just confused on the power to it part/controls?

The fan I have (from Smokeitall) pushes the air away from the back of the smoker toward the front door.

My smoker has dual elements and a fan kit and so far it works great.

The fan comes with a separate plug in cord to operate it.
