The wife's out with friends...

...that means WINGS WINGS WINGS... and lots of them... all for me... no sharing, smokin' hot and finger lickin' good. Not a green thing in sight either ;D (she doesn't like the effort:reward ratio with small bony things like wings (leave it alone ;) ::))

It was a spontaneous last minute decision, so no smoke... but I did use some Chipotle tabasco in the sauce. It was a combination of butter, regular tobasco, some chipotle tobasco, some Franks Hot Sauce (basically had a little left in all 3 bottles so used them all up) and a few dashes of some habanero sauce I bought in the market a few months back. The white stuff is homemade blue cheese dip....

Good lookin' wings. Cant think of a better guy food. As much a I like brisket and pulled pork nothing beats a good chicken wing. :)

It's completely amazing that 6 people responded to this thread and not one of you said anything at all about this little snid bit of information into Expat's personal life!!! It's a good thing I came along and pointed that fact out to everyone. Somebody might have missed it and the opportunity to razz you just a wee bit Expat!!! I will however point out that them less than well endowed yardbird wings do look pretty good. A couple of cold beers and at the 2am bar closing time even the wife might take them home with her, Hey she took you home!!!!! :D ;D :D ;D

OK OK Nuff funning. The wings sound like they was pretty darn good!!

Well.... certainly didn't mean to really exclude the girls... mostly was a reflection of my wifes own tastes (IN FOOD!!!!!!)....
