They look good.

Put them babys in a paper bag throw them in the fridge and give them a try this time tomarrow.

You just might be surprised how the flavor comes alive.

Hey ya gotta start somewhere, if nothing else gives me a starting point for the next batch.
Think I'll give some fresh sausage a go this weekend.  I LUV this stuff :D :D

They look real good congrats....

Them look good. Let them fridge for a day or two for the flavor to come out. Remember next time. To much seasoning is better than not enough. Mix take a small pinch and taste (yeah raw) then add more if you like, don't worry you wont die unless you believe the USDA Cops   :D

They look excellent. Beautiful colour!  The only problem..... That tiny batch is gonna be gone before the smoker gets cooled off!  Great job

Well My sticks definitely taste better today.  My parents were over and my dad really liked them.
The old lady(wife) thought they we good also.  I think they still need more seasoning, but are tasty.
Next time(really soon!!) I'll cut in a little pork, some heat and more of the seasoning.
